Our fitness journey starts with the initial free consultation. This serves to build a complete physical and mental picture of you, where you currently are, where you would like to be and the best way to get there.
What is your fitness Goal? Your fitness plan starts with:
Goal Setting: I look into what you want to achieve and the key driving factors. We then set a realistic, attainable target within an agreed time period.
Health Screening: You will complete a health questionnaire and discuss any previous or current injuries which may be of concern. This information will enable me to develop your fitness plan to cope with any problems that might exist and work to rectify any conditions that may respond well to exercise.
Diet Plan: In the beginning you will be asked to complete a seven day diet diary in detail. This will highlight any positive or negative aspects of your diet and how many calories you are consuming. Once all the information is collated, a plan can be created for your health and fitness development.
Training: Plan to work out and set the days, times, type and duration of your training.
